As if life between the two of us was not hectic enough, we've decided to add one more! Blessed by this miracle of life, we could not be happier to share the joy and craziness of our pregnancy with the ones we love. If nothing else, at least it's comic relief.
Hey Lauren! I just found out I'm pregnant too, with baby number 2!!!! I LOVE reading your thoughts and feelings about pregnancy! We have so many books in Janie's room and she really does LOVE to read. Her favorites are any books with animals in them! Congratulations to you! Can't wait to see your precious baby in pictures!
Also, I was wondering if you would mind if I did something similar on my blog with the questions you answer each week... I love that idea!
Yay!! Congratulations! I am so excited for you. From the looks of it, Janie is going to be a hilarious older sister.
Thanks for reading! I started the blogs for family to be able to follow (Matt's family is in Montana and mine are sill in PC), and they have become really therapeutic... especially since Matt is gone so much.
I am so so so excited to have this baby. I am almost half way through my pregnancy! I can hardly believe it, and we find out next Wed the sex. Woo!! I definitely think you should do the question thing. Such a great way to look back on the pregnancy and let family/friends know what is going on. I saw it on another blog, by this girl in Georgia, and fell in love with the idea! Go for it! How far along are you? I can't wait to keep up with your blog as well! Let me know if you guys are in FLA anytime soon!
Whenever I think of reading as a kid, I think of Where The Wild Things Are, Shel Silverstein, and a series called Milly Molly Mandy, but all of those are probably quite a bit in the future (and MMM would be no good if you have a boy). Ferdinand The Bull too. And Baby Beluga. I could go on....
Oh my goodness! I wrote back a very long comment to you from my phone, accidently hit the back button right before I published, and it was gone! Anyway...
I think Janie will be a very fun big sister too :) I bet your blogs are therapeutic - I don't know how you do it being away from each other so much! I loooooove seeing the pictures of you when you were younger. Brings back so many fantastic memories of our childhood, and it makes me miss you!!!! I'm going to start the questionnaire this weekend - I'm 6 weeks along. You're right - it is so perfect for both of those reasons! I'll let you know next time we're down there. I would absolutely love to see you!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I love that book too! You actually reminded me of how great of a story that is. My mom cries every time she reads it to us.
